AS soon as I drove my 2010 Terrain of the lot I noticed a vibration noise underneath my car.
When I brought my car back to have the leather seats installed I aske he service department to see if they could find the problem and correct it.
After the first try the noise problem was still president.
The next time the service manager,the salesman and a person form GM could not fix the problem either.
Th service manager and I drove another Terrain with a 4 cylinder engine and the same noise was present.
I called GM and talked to them a couple of times and I was told it was design problem and that thet could fix the problem.
After I talked to them the second time I brought the car again and Billy did a great job ib trying to find the problem and correct it.
He was able to pinpoint the problem and the reapairs that he made most of the vibration noise go away but it still does it but at a much lower tone.
I cannot say enough about the effort that the salesman,the service department did.
They were able to do something about the sistuation where as GM washed their hands of the problem.
It makes you wonder if you purchase another GM product.
