Ordered some archery products by phone from Gassman's. Over the next three weeks, they couldn't/wouldn't confirm when I would get my products. It took five more weeks for the products to arrive. When the bill came, the freight and handling costs were $178, about $100 higher than they should have been. I'm in the freight business in a big way and verified the true costs. So I called and talked with a staff person at Gassman's to see about getting this matter fixed. Didn't hear back from them on their decision. Kept calling and finally got a promise from the owner that he would send me a $60 refund. Of course, it never came.
