Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The initial examination turned out to be with his non-DDS licensed assistant even though the website advertises an examination by the doctor. In the following month, the assistant failed to return all three of my phone calls requesting for more info about the examination. I complained to the new patient coordinator and she said she would review with Eckhart and get back to me. Not surprisingly, I have not heard back from her either. Considering ortho treatment is fairly expensive, I am shocked to find this practice doesn't treat new patients better. I have not found this guy or his staff to make any sincere attempts to earn a patient's business and thus doesn't deserve my business or yours.
