loved my furniture but the experience was soured by rude customer service. if i were rating the product i'd give it a 5+, but beware of the owner. get everything in writing up front like cost for special order items, deposit required and delivery date promised. don't assume that because you're being treated friendly on the front end, you'll be treated friendly all along.
would not hesitate to do business w/ on a cash and carry basis if the furniture is in-stock, but be prepared for a rocky road for anything special order. you'll get a good product, but probably increase your stress level in the process.
