Gamman, Paul, Dc - Bellevue Spinal Decompression

A person below wrote a bad review for the wrong person! Dr. Kaplan used to work in the same building with Dr. Gamman, but he no longer works there. Dr. Gammon is the most kind, caring, knowledgeable, generous, and considerate chiropractor/doctor for that matter, that I have ever met. He's helped me out of some very tough times. I thought that I'd have to get back surgery at one point, but I didn't have to because of Dr. Gamman's excellent care. I was also sexually harassed by a different male chiropractor at a different establishment and was leery about having another male chiropractor. Dr. Gamman assured me that nothing of the sort would happen with him.True to his word, nothing has and never will happen, because Dr. Gamman is a man of integrity. Another good point: he never rushes me out the door. He takes his time with me which is invaluable. He knows who I am and really cares about my health,not simply about getting money for a job.I'm sorry for the person below's experience w/ Dr. Kaplan, but I hope that s/he puts that review in the correct place or that the people who maintain this site will . more

Three years ago I went to Dr. Paul Gamman for Spinal Decompression treatments for a disc problem in my mid back which had been causing me intense pain for years since my car accident. I had tried chiropractic, massage, yoga and anything else I could to relieve the pain. To my great delight this treatment actually worked. I can now do the things I could not do for years. I am a dance and could not dance, run or play tennis for over 10 years due to the injury. After doing the spinal decompression I am able to dance up to three hours at a time so far no pain and I can play tennis again with my son with out paying for it in pain. I am pleased beyond words to have my active life back again. Thanks to Dr. Gamman, he is such a nice person too and his staff is very helpful and go the extra mile . Before I saw Dr. Steven Kaplan, I confirmed with him a consulting would free(even without insurance). Even during the first office visit, I double checked with him, he promised would only bill me for the treatment, which is $50 only. However, when the bill showed up, he billed me $100 more, besides treatment and exam charge. I asked insurance company called him, he promised to take of this charge and resubmit bill. But the second bill I saw today was the exactly same amount. I contacted this doctor directly, he said he didn't overbill me, he wroteoff some amount not because he agreed with me, just didn't want hassel. First of all, I didn't see the bill was written off; secondly, even he wrote off some amount, he just did what he supposedly to do (because he promised the consulting was free).
