My wife and I happened to walk by the Galley Restaurant thinking about having a seafood dinner and we saw some people inside. The waiter with a big potbelly was sweating profusely although it was not very warm inside and about +40F outside. We told him we'd like the buffet. So, where do I begin... Everything that we tried was over salted. Their ""shecrab clam chowder"" was very thick and lumpy. They even had gumbo on the buffet - but this was the same consistency as the chowder and anyone who ever tried gumbo should know that it's not how it was supposed to be. It tasted like a mixture of salt, flour and water. I am sure these were the only ingredients in there. Fried shrimp was so tough that I couldn't figure out whether I am chewing on the crust or the tail of the shrimp. Stuffed flounder was stuffed with something brown that tasted like... very salty and soggy bread. Crab cakes did not have any crab in them, just the imitation crab meat. When I let the waiter know that I did not like what I tried, his response was that ""nobody else is complaining"". He offered to let us order something else from the menu and immediately took away our plates while we were still attempting to try some more of their delicious offerings. My wife and I decided that we should leave right away. \r
The bottom line: stay away! I wouldn't go there even I were paid to do so.
Cons: food, service, everything else
