Made my Month! 2/28/2012

They were absolutely fantastic! I was greeted with a happy smiling stylist, who offered me and my mother coffee. They sat down and talked with us, didn't rush us. I knew what I wanted and was VERY happily surprised. I couldn't quit smiling when I left, still can't. They were patient and discussed the process, didn't push product on me, which annoys me, and answered all questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone, it was 100% worth my time and money. more

Not a great place 4/9/2009

They only got one star because the person that answered the phone was so sweet and took the time to make a phone call for me seeing that I was in a bind. When I got there I was early and then I proceed to wait and no one offered me nothing to drink or munch on even though I am visibly pregnant. Then I was overcharged for half a leg wax. Then what bothered me was the waxing room was a not a real room but a store dressing room that was so small and Oh my it was cold brrrr and then another person was hurring us up and my legs was not even done right ughhhh. No never again. I would never go there or give them a second chance. Pros: Good customer service Cons: Over charged more

good times at the salon 1/19/2009

I enjoy my visits to the gallery! The girls are friendy and the salon has alot to offer as far as services. i can do one stop shopping. and Autumn is a waxing QUEEN!!! Wouldnt trust anyone else with my brows;) The view from the windows of the water are spactacluar! can't wait to to my next appointment! I feel comportable there anyone of the girls ask if i need anything, coffe, tea, hot coco, apple cider almost anything a girl could want! Thank you ladys for all the fun times! Pros: Easy to find close to lots of shopping and resturants Cons: parking can be hard to find at times. more

Love this salon 1/21/2007

I love this salon. I've been for manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, brow waxes, bikini waxes--they do it all. Robin is great with the waxing--quick and casual, making it as painless an experience as possible. All the staff is very friendly, and there's a great view of the water from the hair cut stations. more
