The receptionist, Corinne, who we scheduled a appointment with had no customer service skills at all, she was very abrupt. . We waited two weeks to get my father in to see Dr. Nilaver We had a appointment at 4:00 pm for my father who lives out of state and we called and let them know we were lost. We arrived at 3:50 pm and Corinne turned us away and wanted us to reschedule for the first week of August. Horrible customer service!! On our way out she did mention it was Dr. Nilaver that refused to see us. Given the lack of compassion or customer service I am astounded of their performance!!!
