I recently purchased a couple of cd's from this store. When I was at the checkout counter the employee swiped my card and asked me if he could see my card again. He then said nevermind and gave me my card back. He said there was something wrong with their system and that it never takes that long. Well a couple of days later I checked my account and they charged me multiple times for the same purchase. The total price was over three times what I had paid in the store. I then contacted the store and talk to a employee who told me to come in and they would reimburse the extra money they charged my account. When I got down to the store her attitude changed after looking at the reciept and checking her computer. She said in the whole time working there this store never makes mistakes and she couldn't reimburse the extra money the company took from me. She blamed everything on my bank and told me to go talk to them. VERY DISMISSIVE. When did it become alright to steal from people and blame it on other people?
