The waitstaff and managers need to learn the steps of service!!! A customer should never have to wait 15minutes to be greeted! A customer should always be asked about wine, appetizers , the specials and dessert! A customer should never be rushed out of the restuarant because its a holiday!
This restuarant needs some serious educational training...the managers need to know how to handle critical situations and the staffs need to learn the steps of service!
