Best

They have the best spicy tuna. I'm not a dessert eater but they have great dessert. I go here often and if there's ever a problem or a long wait they'll comp w/ drinks or surprise...

Worst

If you want to enjoy your evening...go someplace else! Heaven forbid you become a regular at this smelly establishment. If you make this mistake you will be treated like a piece...

Outstanding restaurant in the neighborhood 11/26/2010

Fusha has been outstanding in this neighborhood since it's open several years ago. Not only the quality of the food is consistently delicious, but also the atmosphere and service are well touched. I especially like those stone deco behind sushi bar and those mahjong at the entrance. It is what makes it stand up among the other restaurants in this area. Every time we dine in, we will definitely order Guacamole app., it is perfect combination of avocado, spicy tuna, and the wasabi chips (it's not wasabi-type spicy). On top of that, they usually give you 10% discount if you spend more than $50. Its just a tax-free dinner for us. more

Considerably Less than Desirable 4/30/2010

If you want to enjoy your evening...go someplace else! Heaven forbid you become a regular at this smelly establishment. If you make this mistake you will be treated like a piece of furniture regardless how much you tip. Bar Staff can be extremely obnoxious and politically opinionated. If you want to have a lousy evening this is the place for you. Pros: Bathroom Cons: Bartender more

Great Foof & Service 3/30/2009

They have the best spicy tuna. I'm not a dessert eater but they have great dessert. I go here often and if there's ever a problem or a long wait they'll comp w/ drinks or surprise you with a free dessert. Even though they're usually packed they never rush you out. Pros: good prices, food, service Cons: can get busy, best to make reservations more

delicious food, great drink menu and relaxing atmosphere 3/26/2009

Me and my friends (group of 12 )came to fusha for my birthday . Pros: freshest sushi in NYC Cons: you sometimes have to wait for a table more

Highly recommended 3/25/2009

I been coming twice a week for over 2 years. I highly recommend Fusha. The staff is always extremely friendly. The sushi bar specials are to die for ,you have to try the tiradito and the mix ceviche. Oh my god there dynamite roll is out of ordinary. We always have a wonderful experience everytime we come. The resturant is clean and warm d??cor, reasonable prices, and this place is definitely on my frequent list more

Disappointing 11/27/2008

I found the service and food disappointing. We did not have sushi, so maybe that's better. My biggest problem was the gooey undercooked tempura. We had to send it back. Waiter brought another later and it was still undercooked. Entrees were nothing special. Service was fast but could have been better had the waiter paid attention to what we were ordering. more

Awful Service. Awful Food. 8/25/2008

The food here could be overlooked if it were not for the awful service staff. They are slow and rude and actually asked me to tip them more than the 18 percent that we had. The 18 percent was a reflection of their slow service but I was appalled when the waiter came back and asked for more tip. more

Handsome bartender makes great cocktails 6/6/2008

Ben, the bartender and video spokesperson, adds to the appeal. He is handsome and personable (and he makes great cocktails!). Go during happy hour. more

Foods okay, bar leaves more to be desired 8/17/2007

Recently dined at Fusha restaurant with clients and was not impressed. After I visited the restaurant I viewed the online video endorsement narrated by Ben who was actually our bartender that evening and should be more attentive to his guests. Two thumbs down. more

Good Asian in a Welcome Setting 4/9/2007

A lot of trendy asian places aren't really good for asian food but Fusha is one of the many options which now combine both. It's asthetically pretty, inviting, the waitstaff is great and the food is authentic and well-priced. A definite must try if you're in the neighborhood. A fav of mine is the XO beef sizzling platter. more

Friendly retreat 11/12/2006

It doesn't look like much from the outside but once you're in, you see it's out of the ordinary. The bambo trees create a outdoor atmosphere while the friendly waitstaff will thoroughly answer all your questions. The sushi is great but the best part is the leechee martini, the best I've ever had! Pros: Leechee Martini, service Cons: Prices are a little steep more

Exotic Little Get-Away 8/31/2006

I ate here last night, and perhaps my review will be tainted by the amazing breeze that was wafting through the place (it's an open space) after the long stifling hot summer we just had. But I really enjoyed Fusha. They have this lovely room-divider of tall branches...creates a really cool atmosphere.. The service was good, very attentive waiter. We shared the rock shrimp tempura and the duck springroll, both of them must-haves. We also had a duck chow fun (average) and a very good chilean sea bass dish with vegetables. Yes, they have brown rice! And they have Lichido martinis (expensive at $12 per cocktail but well worth it). Altogether, a very tasty and exotic Manhattan get-away. Pros: Good service, Good Food, Good Drinks more

Good Food, Great Drinks 5/16/2006

I went to Fusha with a bunch of friends recently, and the place was divine. The food was perfect (try the hot red snapper!!), and not too costly, and the drinks were awesome...we had the Lichido cocktails, which I highly recommend!!! Magical. more

Not what is used to be!!! 4/17/2006

I was a real fan of this place when they opened. It's been truly disheartening to experienced a steep decline in quality and price increases of 20% over the last year alone! I even had to return a couple of dishes twice on their delivery. There is better options in the area than this eclectic Pan-Asian proposal. more

Worth going! 12/8/2005

My husband and I went for my birthday and had a great time. Everyone was friendly and the food was very good and beautifully presented. Definetly worth the cost, which is reasonable to begin with. The waiters sang happy birthday and brought me some complimentary fried green tea ice cream, which was delicious. The hostess, Michelle, reserved a comfortable table for us and was really great about us changing the reservation to an hour later. Absolutely worth going! more

Fantastic & Amazing 10/12/2005

A ery good place for dine in & take out.Very friendly & warm services provided. We had a wonderful party here.evryone enjoyed the food and the services provided.definitely will go back to this restaurant. they have a very attractive lunch menu.reasonable price and cozy environment. Pros: good services, reasonable price, best food & drink Cons: crowded, loud music more

First time was a good time 5/20/2005

I gambled on the reviews and the location and after being there and experiencing the food and ambiance it was a gamble worth taking. As soon as we walked in we were promptly seated. The hostesses were very pleasant as was our waiter. The decor was very cool and asian, by the front door a section of the wall is tiled with Majong game tiles! Because we were both very hungry we went straight for the sushi for two and it was well justified and priced right. And as a side note, the restrooms were cool with the pushbutton toilet and the glass bowl sink. Pros: Prompt seating, Pleasant service, Good food more
