I bought a sofa and love seat that was very comfortable, until two weeks later when they broke. They broke by simply using the arm rest to stand. This shows poor quality of the horrible furniture they provide to their consumers.
Customer service: I called the warehouse to let them know about the furniture breaking and was told they would replace it but would not deliver nor pick up the furniture without another delivery fee which we had already paid. I did end up taking the sofa and love seat back to Furniture Warehouse but it was 10 minutes before closing. I was then told they would not take the sofa at this time and to bring it back in the morning. So that was two days I had to rent a truck to get this sofa back to them. The next day they didn't have the original sofa in stock that I was told is in the warehouse. I then had to pick out a new set because they refused to refund the money for the broken sofa. I spoke to a manager regarding all of the issues, he told me that it was final and I was lucky that he wasn't accusing me of breaking it during a party. This company may advertise Home of the $399 Sofa but we just want them EVICTED.
