Furniture Factory Warehouse

We purchased a mattress and box spring at furniture factory warehouse at the Forum pkway in San antonio two weeks ago. We were suppose to go and pick it up at the distribution center on Broadway. However, the store at Forum is closed because they went out of business and the distribution center is closed...any suggestions? Pros: none! Cons: bad service more

In the past 27 yrs we have bought furniture from Lacks, last yr we purchased 2 sofas from Furniture Factory Warehouse on NW Loop 410 in San Antonio. They had to replace the sofas 3 times and we still ended up with the worst quailty made sofas we have ever seen. There are staples sticking out and on the seating area in the corners the staples are pointed up wards sharp part out so if you drop change and try to get it you get your hands shredded! The arms are sunken in from not having any stuffing or support these are cheaply made and the worst workmanship. We paid cash up front so getting a refund was not going to happen since they had our money and we had the sofas they would not even consider doing right by us. The entire experience left us feeling helpless, we contacted the BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU and found that they are in UNsatisfactory standing with the Better Buisness Bureau. If we had only checked before we made the mistake of entering Furniture Factory Warehouse a mistake we will never make again and hope to educate others.
