Still a great bargain! 1/22/2011

I see Lori B didn't have a great time, but her write up is completely wrong. She doesn't want to pay, so she's already a terrible customer! I know the owner - he is moving in May to another location. The leaks are not that bad. The owner's bank won't lend to fix the roof, but what does it matter? The rides are still great, and the prices are cheap! I can't wait until the move down on Arapahoe Road in May. They are going to call it Lollipop Park. I'm sure the new location won't be in a ghetto area like Engle"hood." My family & I can't wait to see the new place. It will be a shame to see Funtastic move. Blame UMB Bank for not lending to the owner to fix up his building. He sold the building in December, and told me they basically forced him to sell and move his business. The owner seems very happy to leave the area. Good luck to him & his family. more

Funtastic Place 5/23/2010

We thought that this place was fun, and much less expensive than other bounce places. They have a huge indoor ferris wheel, teacup ride, train and whip ride plus many other things to do. We stayed for many hours. There were a few ceiling leaks, but nothing dangerous. We were given free tickets to return on another day. The owner told us that they paid for roof repairs, but the company doesn't warranty anything. He also said they were moving next year to a new indoor place. Can't wait! more

The Greatest Place in Colorado 7/1/2006

Robin M is completely wrong. Parents absolutely "LOVE" Funtastic because no one is allowed in without a small child for security, the rides are completey brand new and clean, parents always ride the rides with their kids, and the ball room is obviously clean. I don't why she would say those things. It cost us $50.00 for two kids at Heritage Square for their rides, they're filthy, and no security at all. It was only $26.00 for Funtastic Fun. How do they do it? Probalby the volume of customers. It's busy in the daytime, but my kids interact with other kids and it's certainly an amazing place to go; even it it gets loud in there! more

Indoor Amusement Park for Little Kids! 5/10/2006

My husband and I took our daughter, who is not yet 2, to Funtastic Fun last weekend. Going there turned out to be great fun for all of us - because grownups like having fun, too, not just little kids! I hear you asking: "What is Funtastic Fun?" Well, Funtastic Fun is an indoor amusement park for little kids - toddlers even. It offers a bouncy castle, a ball pit, a carousel, a train, a HUGE bear to take pictures on, double slides, teacups, a ferris wheel, and much more! And parents are allowed to participate on most of the rides! We spent a good 2+ hours there on a Friday night. It wasn't crowded at all, and our daughter rode all the rides except the swings (only because an adult couldn't go with her on them). She enjoyed them, and we enjoyed taking her on them, too! We all agreed it was a lot of fun! But I do have to say that most of the things in there seemed sorta old and outdated AND in need of a good scrubbing. But, I don't think any of those issues will keep us from coming back. Plus, we heard that Funtastic Fun is looking for a new [bigger] location, in which I'm sure things will be cleaner! At least I hope so! Prices: kids cost $9.95, and adults cost $2.95. Here is a http://www.funtasticfun.com/ for more info and pictures of the place. If you live anywhere near Denver and have small children, you should consider taking an afternoon or evening to try this indoor amusement park! It's not just for kids - though they say it is! more

Fun, but needs updating 10/4/2005

They have a cute train ride, a ferris wheel, kiddie swings, a carousel, a ride that is called The Whip and some adorable tea cups. There are video games too. There is a very, very large stuffed bear that has seen better days. He seriously needs to be mended in more than one place and needs lots of TLC. The floors were dirty, the ball pit was really gross. Some of the workers are friendlier than others. Some fresh paint, some elbow grease and some updating would do this place wonders. That being said, my kids had a blast and we have been back two more times since. more

INDOOR amusement park 8/19/2005

This place has been around forever and I can remember my dad taking me when I was little.. Recently I had the opportunity to visit with my own children and although the location has changed it's still a kids dream come true! There's over 20 rides and attractions including a ferris wheel! You can stop for lunch in their party room, better yet have worlds easiest birthday party...all you have to do is bring the kids and the cake! There are rides for everyone and an arcade section for the older kids. Best part still has to be the 2 story tall teddy bear & the fact it's all inside. more

Thumbs down for parents, up for kids 8/11/2005

This place rates so low on the parent scale but the kids love it so here goes. Funtastic Fun is not aesthetically appealing. First impressions make me as a parent not want my kids to touch a thing. Don’t even dig in the ball pit to retrieve a lost sock. But, they offer a great variety of rides and amusements to entertain siblings of all ages. The staff is sometimes lethargic but again, this bothers me more than my children. If you can get past the look of the place, then your kids will be sure to enjoy themselves. more
