Purchased a lid for my truck. When I returned to purchase replacement parts they were unfriendly and rude. They told me snug top no longer made the specific latch for my truck lid and offered no help. Showed me the new lactch and said, "Well, just make it work." When I told them it would not work they said, "Oh well". Buy from anyone but this company.
