Don't go here looking for plates floating by your table or exotic drinks with umbrellas! Just honest and simply prepared traditional Japanese fare, reasonably priced. The wait staff is eager to please, and the owners are almost always there to keep an eye on things. Sonny, the sushi chef (and co-owner, along with his wife) is happy to offer suggestions as to what's best that day. Even the uni (sea urchin), which I normally avoid, was delicious (after Sonny suggested it was especially sweet that day). My favorite place on the peninsula when I have a craving for sushi.
Pros: Very fresh sushi, Reasonably priced, Unpretentious
Cons: Can get crowded, Street parking only
