Dim Sum Any One... 3/20/2006

Real good place for a nice lunch. They serve good dim sum and they sure do get very crowded at lunchtime for that. The variety they serve is really great. From shrimps to chicken feet. Every ones taste palette is covered here. The prices are not that expensive. They also serve good Chinese food. Quantity and quality is just about right. They have the facility where you can pick a fresh fish and they will cook it for you, which some people really like. Down it with some fresh hot tea and you are set for the afternoon. Service is great and people are friendly especially in helping out which dim sum to choose next. more

this place is really good. the chinese food there is very tasteful and the waitresses are very friendly. i suggest going there if you like great chinese food. more

Not as good as before 8/11/2005

Fu Lam Moon used to be a good place for dim sum in the afternoon, but somehow since a couple of years ago the food quality has become less attractive - maybe it's because they came out with the $1.5 per dim sum dish pricing? You do get what you've paid for I guess. Since there are new restaurants in town that are better, I wouldn't recommend people there... more

$1.50 Dim Sum! 6/22/2005

This is THE dim sum place in Fremont. What I mean by that is...it's the ONLY dim sum place. Fortunately, it is mostly deserving of it's huge customer base. The dim sum lunch is served every day until about 2:30pm. The waitresses push silver carts on wheels filled with all sorts or delicious and aromatic goodies. There's lots of varities of dim sum: flaky pastries, steamed buns with filling, fried dishes like egg rolls or shrimp rolls, vegetarian pancakes, etc. Each order comes with three pieces on a plate for $1.50. You can't beat that! Easy way to fill up your stomach on a budget. more
