Everybody is entitled to an opinion but it doesn't make them right - that goes for the negative reviews that I see for Bill Mullen. I too have known Bill for many years, and can properly assess his business skills and the person that he is. I know for sure that he is very intelligent (saw his college grades) and he is not nasty at all - he really cares about people. He has years of experience in his field, cares deeply about his clients, and provides great customer service. He does a lot for people in the community and knows most of his clients by name. He is truly one of the best people I have every known. He is there for his children and family 24 hours a day - just don't insult his family because he will take it personally. Would you allow someone to insult your family member? I wouldn't. He would never allow me to tell you about all of the charity work that he does, so I won't but trust me it is a large part of his life. Pros: excellent customer service more

I have been going to Bill Mullen for 11 years now. I also have sent many friends to him. No one I know has ever had any of the complaints the two negative reviews gave. As for getting audited. I did due to my own oversight and Bill was easily reachable in the off season whenever I needed advice and if unavailable prompt to respond!! You are not going to get that personal touch just anywhere!! more

I can't believe this awful review I read of Bill! My family and friends have all been coming to Bill for years and have always found him to be extremely friendly, very reasonably priced and most important of all incredibly knowledgeable of taxes. Not sure why anyone in Roxborough would go to this man unless you like being ripped off and talked down to by an unintelligent man. He charges anywhere from $150 up, meanwhile his office, if you can call it that, is a dirty and disgusting 2 by 4! I've seen more impressive shacks then this dive! Once you get past his nasty attitude problem, you get his his incompetence with regards to taxes. If you get your taxes done by him, pray you don't get audited! more

Whomever gave Bill the single star is out of his mind. Bill and his staff are so nice. Bill is easy to talk to and trustworthy. He is very knowledgable and put any concerns I had at ease. I had the worst experience with this guy today. First his secretary ( daughter) quoted me the wrong rate and he wasnt apologetic about this. He said he had plenty of business and if I didnt want to be there I could "" get the hell out"". I found him rude and unprofessional to say the least. I asked him how he ever got any business with that attitude and big mouth of his. I would not recommend him at all and if you have used him in the past I would get your money back . He treats his customers like garbage and he needs to have all his business taken away. Cons: Horrendous customer service. Rude and unprofessional. more
