I have had nothing but horrible experience with this Friedman's store . . . I do not wish this upon anyone else, so please think twice before walking into this store.
I recieved a 14 karat gold charm as a gift and wanted it to be assembled as a necklace, so my next step was to find a jeweler. I now regret choosing Friedman's. I took my charm to this store and the manager assisted me in picking out a new clasp for the charm, as well as a chain to hang it on. The manager assured me that I would have the finished product within a week, at most. I paid at the time, and left the store. Needless to say, it's been over a month and I do not have my charm or the necklace. The manager and assistant manager of the store do not know the meaning of the words, "customer service." No one from the store has been in communication with me, and they have not taken the initiative to let me, their customer, know what's going on. I have called the store frequently, requesting to know the status of my charm and necklace, but each time I called, they told me that they would ship it out that day. Despite multiple requests to be kept in touch with, they have failed to keep me updated and let me know what's truly going on. I feel that I have been lied to and ignored. They still have my property (the charm)in their possession, and seem to be avoiding me. I am completely convinced that they have misplaced my charm, which is of great sentimental value to me. I am very dissatisfied beyond belief, and I wish to warn anyone before they think about becoming a consumer at this store. Please avoid this store, especially if you do not wish damage to your personal property.
Cons: inferior service, mistreatment, poor management
