Owner was one of the nicest people I have ever met. Thought she was sincere until things went wrong. Placed a double order. Hair was so thick and full that it screamed hair piece. It looked like a helmet. It looked fake.
She said that she ordered everything in this thick because it would lose hair and thin out and that I would wish I had more. Red flag. Something is wrong with a hair system that will lost over 50% of its hair in a month, no?
She then proceeded to ""thin"" it during the cut-in. What resulted was a major hacking, not styling. It was frightening. I showed it to three other stylists and they were all appalled. There was nothing that they could do to undo what she had done. When I shared this with the owner of Fresh Hair, she became very defensive and started acting like a bully. ""There is nothing wrong with this hair.""
I spent several thousands of dollars. I could not get a refund. I could not get a re-order.
The owner ""lies"" and promises hair that ""with the cuticle"" in tact. I had this hair examined by a chemist and was told that this was processed hair that had been stripped and recolored.
