French tulip is a very cute flower shop in Noe. Small by the size but big enough to find beautiful flowers that you are looking for. The staff makes nice flowers arrangement. They have a variety of flowers with vibrant colors. Great service from this small shop! They worked with my budget and created beautiful designs. more
