Franks Happy Chef

Happy Chef used to be one of my favorite places to for breakfast or lunch. Before they used to have a friendly staff that would take the time to talk to all the patrons. Even if you had a special request, they would take care of you. They also made sure that your meal was correct. Now, the staff is rude and they even leave out part of your meal. For example, my boyfriend ordered a sandwich, which includes fries. Not only did they leave out the fries, but couldn't understand why he was upset when he called in to complain. It almost wasn't worth the effort dealing with management. This was the third time something like this had happen to either one of us, and at this point its not even worth giving the benefit of the doubt to anymore. more

For those of you who haven’t dinned in this establishment in I while, I must warn you things have changed. I have been a loyal patron to this establishment for at least 13 years, back when the cute Greek couple used to run the place. Frank's is now under new management and things are a bit different. The prices have gone up a bit and the friendly staff is no more. It's ashamed to see the Frank's loose most of it patrons, form what I can tell it was because of the customer service. The food is still good, and they serve more than just Greek food. Located on Mission Gorge Rd. it's centrally located. I continue to dine there to get my Idine miles. Other than that I probably would like them run the place in the ground. more

My grandma loves this place. We go there for all family outings. I think the food is so-so but the atmosphere is family oriented. They don't have AC so avoid it on a hot day. The people are nice and they aren't usually crowded. They have a greek bakery too. more
