My car was thoroughly serviced and I was treated respectfully.

Worst

After spending almosr 2,000 dollars on both my vehicles I was told that on my 10% discount would only be a 50.00 which that is not what the coupon states

Great service! 9/25/2013

I took my car there after it died on me in the middle of the road last week. As a girl who knows some stuff about cars, I could tell that they knew what they were doing and weren't trying to over charge me for their services. The staff is very nice and friendly, and my car was fixed and in prime conditions just 2 days after I left it (they had to order some parts). I hope nothing else happens to my car, but if something does I'm coming back to this place. more

The reluctant air conditioner 9/20/2013

Since my last visit, my Chrysler Concorde's air conditioner has become a sauna again. I appreciate the work that was done. What Idon't appreciate is that my air conditioner has reverted back to it's original problems. The "cool" air is not cool. The worst of the warm air is coming from the right hand outlets. I was told that the baffle may be stickikng behind the dash. If that is the new problem, I would like it fixed. There are still hot days left in the season. We have to drive around with cold towels around our necks to keep from passing out. HELP! more

went there from Discount tires to repair studs. was told they would fit me in however 2 hours out. Walked over to have lunch while waiting and they were done in 1 hour. Excellent job guys more

Great shop 9/2/2013

IN a world where customer service has become the forgotten piece in the service industry Franks has got it right. I am very knowledgeable about cars and laugh to myself at how often service places attempt to rip everyone off, it's so rare to find honesty w/ car service shops these days. Franks delivers, I am a customer for life. more

I have been a customer for a long time and I have yet to be dissatisfied with Frank's Automotive. I have three vehicles and all of them get serviced here. If I ever have to take a vehicle back after it's been serviced, they are very good at making sure the vehicle is fixed. Great customer service. more

Fast service!!! 8/19/2013

My car was going to be in the shop for a few days, because I live in Luling and work in San Marcos, this was going to be a huge problem. Frank's Automotive gave me their loaner car, free of charge, so that I could get back and forth. I was so greatful that I didn't have to miss work!!! My oil changes are always fast and done with friendly service!!! more

I was referred to Frank's Automotive by a mechanic at a competitor's shop. I've had all 3 of my cars serviced at Frank's and have been very pleased each and every time. I won't take my cars anywhere else! more

Great quick service. Fair price on common maintenance like oil & filter changes. 7/29/2013

Next time I'll tap out the air filters. Not really that dirty, but I approved replacement of the pair as I know it had not been done in years. more
