My car was thoroughly serviced and I was treated respectfully.

Worst

After spending almosr 2,000 dollars on both my vehicles I was told that on my 10% discount would only be a 50.00 which that is not what the coupon states

On time rediness 6/14/2014

As usual I brought my Nissan Altima for an oil change and they said it would only take a few minutes to do it. They took it and hardly before I could make a couple of phone calls, it was ready. Now that's fast. The mechanic finished his work and cleaned up, no smudges, oil splatter, or left over trash in the compartment. An excellent job. more

Not a good visit!!! 4/29/2014

I was not treated very well by the man behind the counter. He was very rode and did not make me feel like my car was being taken care of. Plus the mechanic didn't even reset my oil service light. So I feel that my car wasn't even look at by anyone. hey had to replace a small part and didn't even tell until I was paying for the service. more

I have taken my car to Frank's twice now. Both times, they were very honest about the repairs. My car didn't need the work that we thought it would, and they were able to fix it for a lot less money. They also get the work done fast. They are just a bunch of super nice guys that can be trusted!! more
