I don't think I have experienced customer service elsewhere, as bad as they are. They are still talking about the same problems we have had in our Homeowners Association for the last 6 years that I know of. They don't answer phone calls promptly nor do they return my calls. Proposals for needed work on the property are inflated so badly we have to turn down many of them. Sometimes they send out the wrong repair person for a job, like the locksmith to fix a gate closing device. They take a long time to pay our bills so the vendors think we are slow paying. I would never recommend this firm to anyone for any reason at any time.

Cons: They are the worst I have experienced.
