The staff will bend over backward for you. Donna is tremendous, one thousand percent awesome. The downfall is the place is old and hasn't been kept up all that well. We had enormous roaches invade our apartment, the monthly spraying from the bug man didn't help much either. Also, the insulation is poor which brought on high electric bills, very high. It is close to downtown, and on the bus route which is nice. But the bugs, I just couldn't take the bugs.
