Nice layout 10/15/2006

I know it's a children's zoo, but I think it's the only zoo in Fort Wayne that I know of. (Not originally from here.). I liked the layout of the zoo. With African and Australian outback, etc. I liked the farm area where you feel like your going to a farm somewhere. I really enjoyed it. I was there for hrs and hey I am a child at heart. more

A Wonderful Day at the Zoo! 3/24/2006

The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is a great place for a family outing! Prices are reasonable for a venue of this type and you get quite a bit of zoo for your money! The yearly membership is well worth the price if you go more than once a year The exhibits are clean and well-maintained. Make sure to visit the African Veldt, the Indonesian Rainforest, and the Sharks and Jellyfish in the Great Barrier Reef Exhibit in the Australian Adventure! The train, carousel and pony rides are all additional expenses, but still, well worth the price! more

Wonderful Children's Zoo 8/27/2005

Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is a great place. The family membership at $60 is a wonderful deal - we buy one each year and can visit free whenever we want, as well as being invited to the annual "Loo Au" where we get a free lunch and other goodies. There's a wide variety of animals and various special areas (Australia, Africa, rain forest). There are several gentle rides too - my only complaint would be that rides are now priced $2/person and this adds up quickly if you have several children. more

The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is a very nice zoo to take your kids too. My parents used to take me to this zoo every summer when I was little, and I have many fond memories of it. We recently continued the tradition and took our daughter for the first time. The only thing I was disappointed in was the large number of monkey exhibits. There are several subways and diary queens located inside the zoo. They also offer horse back riding, and pony rides for the little ones more

Educational Family Fun 7/18/2005

When going to the childrens zoo, there are signs all around the zoo to help educate the children and adults who visit the zoo during the on season. There are also rides-pony,carousel,boat,and train-to give your visit another perk. The prices are exceptionally good compared to many other zoos that do not have the splendid views and attractions and animals that the fort wayne childrens zoo does!!!! more

Wonderful Childrens Zoo 7/15/2005

This is a great Children's Zoo. The variety of animals is wonderful. The kids always have a great time when we go there. The pricing is average for a day of fun. Sometimes you can find discount tickets in the newspaper. They also have special events at the zoo (Halloween, Christmas lights and such). more

Wonderful Zoo 6/29/2005

The Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is world class. The exhibits are imaginative and the selection of animals is amzing for a city of this size. I love how you can interact with the animals and feel like you are with them. The carousel is one of a kind with carved animals of endangered species . It is a great attraction for all ages. The price is right and the annual pass is a treat! more
