-No hours listed on web page.
- I called at 9:30am and left a voicemail asking to make a reservastion to have auto tinting. Never returned my call.
-I called shortly after 10am to learn there was was an opening at 1:30pm. I cleared my schedule.
-I called again to find out if the 1:30 time slot was still availible. I asked if they wanted my name to reserve the spot. Shop person said "no".
-Arrived on time to have tint installed.
-Was told the job would take 2.5 hours. Returned 2 hours later to find my car had not been touched. No, let me correct that. They applied some type of cleaner/primer on my rear window.
-I left without having tint applied. They neglected to clean off the cleaner/primer.
-Shop representative asked if I wanted to make a new reservation. I said "no". It appears it has no meaning.
I wasted half a day and took time off work to have nothing done. Just be honest with your customers. If you are too busy, say so. If you do decide to go with Houston Tint, ask for prices over the phone.
