I've been going to Dr. Klein for over 20 years and have not been disappointed. They've been consistently friendly and helpful through many pairs of glasses and contacts, as well as when a small makeup particle was stuck in my eye and had to be removed. The prices are fair and you will have to wait at least a few days for your contacts or glasses to be delivered, but they usually give a fresh new pair of contacts before you leave the store. more

Poor Quality Eyeglasses and Eye Exam 7/17/2005

I got a pair of glasses made and they did not give me the option of buffing the edges of the glasses and they did not have the ability to thin out the lenses very much. So when I got them back, they were a lot thicker than I had imagined and I had white rimmed edges because they did not smooth them down. The eye doctor was also not precise during the eye exam because my prescription was inaccurate. more
