Do not use these guys if there is any way around it. Unfortunately, other delivery websites use this company. I ordered from the websites and this company called me and told me there was a problem with my orders. (I had no idea who this company was and why they were calling me.) They insisted that I tell them the orders I had placed and what was in each order. Since I had no idea who these people were or why they were asking, I asked the caller what she was asking about. She refused to give me anymore information. She then hung up and called both online websites and cancelled my 2 orders. I had to call both of the websites back and reorder (the customer service for both of these companies were very appologetic and nice about it.) When the second version of the orders were placed, I was quoted 1 hour. They didn't show. I was told another 40 minutes, they didn't show saying the restaraunt had to remake my order (it was 10 minutes from my house). After another 20 minutes it finally came ice cold. I called the food to you owner and he said this was their normal business operation and didn't see an issue with the situation. (To recieve my orders 3 hours after the initial order and to cancel orders from websites they did not own but only delivered for and that I did not place with food to you.)
I have submitted an issue with BBB. One the phone, in response, the owner has stated he and his team do this as a part of their normal working agreements and that I was taking issue where I shouldn't be. I am waiting to see what his formal answer will be.
BTW: The credit card used, phone number used and address used were all the same as the billing on the credit card. I had ordered from the websites before. So if they were checking for fraud, that should have been their first call.
