Go for the dough! The owner apparently comes in every morning to mix the dough privately (the secret family recipe). The dough, the sauce, and the cheese... the rest is just icing on the pie! Can't beat the prices. But don't be fooled: this is a ""hole in the wall"" pizza joint - no frills, not gonna impress anyone. It has an abundance of character (the waiters are a treat in themselves), yummy food, and cheap cheap prices. Have a beer/glass of wine and savor the pizza dough. Not for the dainty, healthy, low carb, ""must have"" organic Angelenos.
