i got a spa package $250. for my sister as a gift, my sister called me 2 weeks ago telling me not to ever go there, the owner is crazy horrible person, she was talking bad about many customers to her employees, she seems arrogant and treats customers rude, my gift to my sister is not worth it, after the horrible highlights they ruin her hair and on top of that the owner said it wasn't their fault that her hair gets damage easily give me a break we are not stupid, she didn't admit their mistake and told her to go and stop complaining. wont ever go back. more

What a horrible staff and the owner is even more horrid. I dont appreciate her ( the owner ) making all her customers uncomfortable and yet also spending the customers hard earned money to make her lips look like Howard the duck. I dont appreciate how she cares less about her staff and her customers and yet we are paying for her surgeries. Laura , the owner is a horrible rude woman with no business ethic skills and no customer relation skills. Half of the stylists do not even go to or heard of the Aveda institute. If i didnt really like my stylist id go eslewhere and Laura has another thing coming if she think she can be rude to her customers . I wonder if Laura has heard of the better business bureau and in addition she cant pull off her surgeries and her salon and her attitude in bigger cities where she is nothing and really please stop with the surgeries you look ridiculous and its not helping your wasting your money Foliage and its owner should invest instead of seeking surgeries and horrible attitudes and hair extensions. Customers beware your money is going to waste. more

"This salon has the WORST customer service ever. I went there to do hair extensions and eye lash extensions. The whole treat cost me close to a $1000 and YET they put me through hell. The stylist used the wrong beads, with sharp edges and I was in so much pain! When I went back to get them out, I asked to speak with the owner, but the manager gave an excuse of her being in a meeting and said they will call back, but never did. One of the stylist there, admitted on the other stylist using the wrong beads and the stylist who put me through hell did not even apologize! THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I would never ever go to that salon again and I advice my girl friends to stay away from there also.Too bad for them, they dont care about their customers, I rather go to the other salons in EL PASO, and there are many good ones around. I went to Foliage because they had their fancy commercial on TV but i guess looks can be deceiving. I went to another salon to get my extensions off ( I had nausea and so much pain because the stylist had put too much hair on my extentions! which was pulling my pressure points) & they call themselves the experts and with sharp beads!)At the other salon, I learnt I was the second person who had come to them from Foliage complaining of BAD hair extensions. IF you love yourself, DO NOT go to Foliage, or even if u go, U WILL FIND OUT why! Worst Salon I have ever been to! What was supposed to be a fun treat for me, they turned it into a night mare. Sensitive eyes, do not go for EYE LASH EXTENSION, altho they say it doesn't affect sensitive eyes. WRONG. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!" Pros: It looks preety, but trust me, looks can be deceiving. Stylist was 30 mins late 3/25/2009

My stylist arrived late for me, her first client of the day. She did not apologize, but rather just explained that she'd been on a late night shopping trip the night before. While i was kept waiting for 30 minutes, no one at the salon bothered to keep me informed. Any decent salon should have someone apologizing to the client and offering him/her a drink or something. I was just ignored and left to sit in the middle of the salon while everyone else was being called ahead of me. And to top it off, my stylist gave me a crappy haircut. She left my hair uneven. My friends and family even said that I had a bad haircut. Cons: Stylist arrived 30 mins late with no apology more
