I got married on July 2005; it is now January 2007. It has been a year and a half and I haven't received my $2000 packages I purchased from Mr. Tolentino. I have gone through so much trying to get either my money back or the packages from him. He stood me up over 8 times when it was time to pick up my packages. He did not return any of my calls or emails. Some of my coworkers who got married around the same time I did had the same thing happen to them as well. We did not know this was going to happen to us because at the time he did not have a bad record on the better business site. Now he has an unsatisfactory rating at the Better Business and consumer affairs. Many people will not know how his business operate unless they view complaints now. I even went to small claims court over 6 times (because he wouldn't show up or respond to the notice) trying to get my money. I won a garnishment, but I couldn't get my money because he cleared the business account out; therefore leaving no money in his account to get the debt. I even called him a month ago and he promised to give me double the packages to make up for the inconveniences. Of course, he didn't send anything to me, return any of my calls or emails. I believe he said that only because he was around a soon-to-be customer; and he didn't want to look bad. I have no memories of the wedding except a cheap photo album (that wasn't the contracted album) and out of over $2,000. I haven't told my husband about this because he would go to the roof and he is ill. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU DRY!!
