great food... there hasn't been one thing there I have tried that's bad! and although that lovely big Rita is $8 it is so soo worth it! yum it's one of my favs I always recommend

Great catfish and more... 7/15/2009

Loved the catfish and the seafood gumbo. The hushpuppies are a little on the small side but taste great. The atmosphere is wonderful. more

Hits the Spot 9/16/2006

Man- a Rolling Rock, fried catfish, and hushpuppies. I'm in heaven. For those watching the waistline, they also offer grilled selections with veggies and rice. However, I must warn everyone- stay AWAY from the oysters. Heard about some guy having to go to the hospital. Everything else is good, though. Pros: Great-Tasting Food, Cold Beer, Casual Atmosphere Cons: Food takes forever, crowded at lunch sometimes more

Great place to hang out before a night out on the town. Food is excellent and beer is cold what more could you ask for. Pros: Broiled Shirmp, Cold Beer, Inexpensive Cons: parking, crowded more

Best shrimp 9/11/2005

Feels like memphis...blues music playing, corn-meal battered fried shrimp, oyster po'boys, and ""grab your own beer"". Love this place! Pros: parking, rivermarket district, inexpensive Cons: long lines at lunch more
