Friendliest staff ever! They squeezed me in without an appointment for a pain-free wax + a free consultation. I?ve been to quite a few hair removal salons in the Bay Are: most of them have a hospital fell to them, not here though! Very relaxing atmosphere! Definitely will go there again! more

My new go-to place for waxing! 8/22/2007

Junko did a great job with my brow and bikini wax! Surprisingly gentle and thorough--much more so than the salon I've been using for the past few years (and whose quality of service has gone down and whose prices have gone up). The prices here are very reasonable as well. I'll definitely be back! Pros: waxing is great Cons: waiting room is tiny more

Natasha is ""It"" for extractions 10/11/2006

Natasha, a woman from Russia with flawless skin and mighty hands. I thought $125 was pricey, but went ahead. The facial lasted over an hour, was more than the typical cleanse - steam - exfoliate-etc. (After leaving several other facials (Like Aveda Salon) I felt like I could have done it from home.) Not here. The cherry though was her extractions. No one has ever done extractions on me to my satisfaction but her. Pros: pricing, complimentary wine, experienced staff more

Facial with Natasha Jr. 7/24/2003

I usually get facial wiht Natasha Jr. She is great. I have acne prone combination skin and lots of congestions. She cleaned up my pores. Although the process can be painful (manual extraction), I think it's worth it. I don't like those salons that give you superficial facial (they just put mask on and don't do anything else). She actually works on your skin. She gives good face/neck massage too during the facial. Pros: good skills Cons: small space more
