Great customer service! Having no specialty flute stores near where I live, I started to shop around on the Internet. After reading several negative reviews from a few of the big chain music stores, many of which offered free shipping and a few other incentives, I decided I was willing to pay shipping in order to make sure I bought from a reputable place. Flute specialists were having some trouble with their website so I called to place my order. I talked to Robert, the owner, and was treated with great customer service. I was so thrilled with my experience with him that I called and told my husband. I have never experienced that great of customer service from an out of state company!
