They are not willing to take responsibility for his mistake! Of course they were not there when I got home, if they were ever even delivered! BLEH!!!! A ""QUALITY"" store would replace them right away, not make excuses for their poor service----- more

Dead Flowers 7/20/2010

A terrible experience. The arrangement was stuffed in a vase - looked like they didn't even try to arrange it. The delphinium looked like they had been frozen half-dead. Needless to say, half the arrangement was dead within a day. Cons: ugly arrangement, dead, frozen flowers more

TERRIBLE! Warning to online buyers!!! 5/4/2010

It takes a lot to make me write a review, either on a positive or negative side. This is only the second one I have ever written - that is how bad of an experience this was! A warning to those ordering from online! False advertising: they advertised a price online for flowers and I purchased them through their own personal website. They then called me the day it was supposed to be delivered, claiming that there was now a minumum price for delivery. They tried to force me to upgrade my order in order for me to meet that minimum, to get them to deliver it! CRAZY!!! I asked why this was not mentioned on the website, or why then they even offer arrangements under this ""minimum""? During the phone call, the owner turned it into a screaming match, and hung up on me! I told her to cancel my order immediately. She said that she did not have to honor the online price, that she was the owner and could do as she pleased, including refuse service to me! Needless to say, they have been reported to the Better Business Bureau. False advertising, TERRIBLE customer service (this came from the OWNER!!!), and a ruined Mother's Day. One of the worse experiences I have ever encountered. BUYER BEWARE - BUY ELSEWHERE!!! Pros: NONE!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: TERRIBLE customer service, FALSE ADVERTISING more
