The FloweramaDallas website was very easy to use and ordering online was simple. The website allowed me to choose same day delivery with a delivery charge, which I paid. I also added a note to ensure it gets delivered the same day. I called FloweramaDallas later that day, to make sure my order was still getting delivered on time. They informed me casually that it did not go out the same day, and it will get delivered sometime the next day. I asked them since they could not deliver what was promised, if they could send it to my girlfriend's office address instead. They agreed and I gave them the office address. They promised this will be delivered first thing the next morning. I called the following afternoon, to check on this delivery, and they casually informed me that they could not find a zipcode, and they decided to send it to the home address instead (where it will sit in the sun till late that evening when my girlfriend gets back from work - something I specifically asked them not to do). Further discussion with them made me feel like I ordered from a company who should not be in the flower business in the first place. Enough said. This review is only for FloweramaDallas (I am not sure about the service in other locations).
