This is the kind of restaurant any neighborhood would love to have. After having enjoyed breakfast & brunch at Flo on a few previous occasions, I tried them for dinner last week and was impressed. The modern Mexican food was creatively conceived and executed, the service was amiable, the art abundant decor is funky and attractive, and the value is excellent--I think the most expensive entree tops out at around $13. Right now they are BYOB, but that should change shortly as I was told they are in some sort of waiting period for their liquor license (the waitress couldn't even touch our wine because of this). The only negatives are the somewhat cramped layout of the tables and it was a bit too warm at our table right near the kitchen.
Pros: Creative food, Artsy, funky decor, Excellent value
Cons: A bit cramped
