I am not a person that can make a high dollar purchase easily. We looked at 62 houses before deciding on which one to buy. I did a lot of internet research, and visited several dealers. I did some emailing with a few dealers, and for the most part, they were all about the same in response time, and answering questions. Flemington Hyundai has a man named Mark that responded to all of my questions quickly. In a tie, that would be a tie breaker, but cash is still king to me, and I am looking for the best value for my dollar. I liked several models, and was not really sold on one ,more than the other. I was looking for a ""luxury"" type car since I do a lot of driving for work, but I wanted to still get good highway miles. I narrowed it down to 3, a Lexus, a Mercedes, and Hyundai Genesis. My husband told me it was the 2009 Car of the Year, so we put it on the list. I was sold on the new Lexus GS 350, but I thought it was a little crowded in the interior, but it was nice. Mark assured me it would be worth it for me to take a test drive of the Genesis. I did. It road nice, it was roomy. highway miles were good (29 MPG), even fully loaded, beat the Lexus and Mercedes by a couple of grand. I won't give my purchase price, but it was quite a deal, if you compare it to the prices they show on their website. more

I could not be happier with the way I was treated. They gave a great service department. My car broke down and I was told it would need a new starter. It was close to an auto repair shop so I had it pushed there. After that, I decided to have it towed to the nearest Hyundai dealer. It was Flemington Hyundai. They ran some tests, found out the starter was fine, but the battery was bad. They put in a new battery, which saved me a lot of money on parts and labor, and I was back on the road. They could have easily taken advantage of me. I know nothing about cars. My car is running fine, and I have not had a single issue starting my car since they fixed it. more

Very nice people to work with. Nice selection of cars to choose from. I bought my car from Avery Wadlington. Avery took the time to explain the differences between the SUV's I was looking into buying. I ended up buying the Santa Fe. Based on comparison shopping, I got a good deal. The VIP package put it over the top for me. I can only speak for my experience, but I was very happy with it, and I have no problem recommending them. more

We hashed out a lot of the details over the internet and phone, and he was a great help shortening the paperwork for a purchase. I contacted several dealerships through the internet. Frank not only was the first to get back to me, he was quick to get me the information I needed. They don't use the internet as just a place to find potential customers. They have the entire internet sales system down to a science so no time is wasted, and as much can get done as possible without being at the dealership. His follow-up has been first rate. I recommend Frank, and Flemington Hyundai both with 5 stars. more

After dealing with several different dealerships over a 3 week period I was starting to get a little frustrated. I took a break and did more research on the internet and stumbled across a video from Flemington Hyundai. I don't get to that area much, so I didn't consider them. I emailed them for some information and got a response right away from Mark in internet sales. I followed up with a phone call and made an appointment to come in. I was pleasantly surprised. He was prepared for my visit. He really listened to what I wanted in a car, he wasn't pushy, he met me when I drove up and had the requested vehicles ready for me when I arrived. He was very patient with me as I test drove a few cars and he answered all of my questions in detail. It was a wonderful experience. I bought a Genesis, and so far I am thrilled to own it. more

Home Car Delivery is Awesome! 5/12/2012

I did the purchase of my new car from Flemington Hyundai almost exclusively over the internet and telephone. It was amazing. I actually took delivery of my 2013 Elantra in my home. They brought the car and all of the paperwork to me. It was the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Do the home delivery and skip all the hectic pace of the showroom. more

Great Internet Sales Process 4/24/2012

My first experience with Flemington Hyundai was via the internet. It was with Mark Vehling, in internet sales. I was very impressed with his quick responses, and also his knowledge of his products. He also made sure to address not only what I needed in a vehicle, but what I wanted in a vehicle. The phone calls that followed were equally friendly and knowledgeable. The other dealers on-line were not as forthcoming, and pushed for me to come in to see them. Mark never pressured me, but worked with me to make I was getting the information I needed. He was the only person, and they were the only dealership that allowed me to negotiate the price and possible trade-in value without leaving home. I was already sold by that point. When I went into Flemington Hyundai to do the deal, I was greeted by a group of people that were very friendly and welcoming. I made the right choice. Mark and the staff made this an easy, stress-free, time saving process for me from start to finish. I highly recommend Mark and Flemington Hyundai. more

Repeat Buyer 4/14/2012

We currently own a Hyundai Elantra and were looking to buy a new 2012 Sonata. Redmond O'rouke helped us from the start and was not only patient in answering all of our questions, but he also had an excellent work ethic. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about every make of Hyundai, or at least all the ones we were checking into, which was most of them. He took his time, answered questions, showed us how everything worked, and took us on a good test drive, not one of those around the block ones you sometimes get and have no idea how well the car really rides and handles. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for superior customer service when purchasing a new vehicle. Redmond seems to genuinly care about his customers, as does Flemington Hyundai. more

I Am A Fan 4/9/2012

I recently bought a new Sonata from Flemington Hyundai. My salesman Redmond did a really good job of explaining the different cars and features they had, and treated me great. He was patient with my questions, and seemed to really know what he was talking about. Even though the whole experience was great, I decided to wait and write a review after I had to go back for service. I have been burned before by businesses that started off good, and then as soon as I made the purchase, it was like I didn't exist any more. Not with this dealership. They are really amazing. They are fast friendly, and courteous. Breanna, my service person, is always polite and professional, and she gets the job done. She got me in and out and on my way in a hurry, but got the job done. Superstar Car 3/31/2012

I work from home, so quite often I have the TV on just for the noise. I am not one that enjoys the usual daytime fair. I tend to watch shows from the USA, TNT, and FX realm of entertainment. I noticed an odd shaped H in the grill of one of the cars on Burn Notice, and I saw the Genesis on another show. It turns out this sporty car that looked really nice was the Genesis Coupe. I went to Flemington Hyundai to take a look at it. I had been thinking about buying a car for awhile, but really wan't sure if I wanted to start making payments again, but my old car was starting to have some minor issues. I went the Flemington Hyundai, just to look, or at least that is what I told myself. As soon as I took the Genesis Coupe for a test drive, I was hooked. Thank God they didn't try to take advantage of me. I really wanted that car, but my salesman Tim, was honest, explained everything, offered me some great options, and was very fair. By the way, it is an AWESOME car. Tim is great, Flemiington Hyndai is great, and the Genesis Coupe is amazing! more

Very Nice Service Department 3/23/2012

When we bought our Sante Fe from Flemington Hyundai last year, our salesman took us around to meet the people we would be dealing with for routine maintenance, etc. We were introduced to Breanna in service at that time, and she seemed pleasant. That is an understatement. She is kind, thoughtful, and extremely efficient, and makes sure things keep moving along. Not that the other people in service are not great, because they are. But she is the only service rep that we do business with. The first time we came in for service she was the one that handled us, and we fell in love with how she did business. She is personable, interested in her customers well being, and always exceeds our expectations. She is top notch. more

No Lie, I Love Flemington Hyundai 3/13/2012

I went to Flemington Hyundai to get my Hyundai SUV serviced. While there, my daughter, who is in the market for her first new car, went to the showroom and asked if they had a big selection of Sonata's on the lot. The salesman told her they did, and if she didn't like what she saw there color-wise, they could find her the one she wanted. We came back a couple of days later,and met with the salesman. Despite it being a busy day there, he was more than gracious with his time. He explained the features of the car, showed us how everything worked, and had her test drive the car. She was sold. She got the Sonata she wanted, thanks to the attention to detail, and the kindness of everyone there at Flemington Hyundai. I highly recommend them. Make sure to ask for Mark or Nick, they were great. more

It's Good To Be A Woman!! 3/8/2012

Everyy time I go to a repair shop, a car dealer, or have a repairman come to the house I feel like I am going to be exposed as the kid that didn't do her homework and got called out by the teacher. I have been wanting to get a new car, but I have been a little intimidated to go because I know nothing about cars, and I know that will show. My salesman Bill Pandak could not have been nicer. He took his time, showed me the different models, let me test drive different cars, and explained the differences between the models. He was like an encyclopedia of Hyundai knowledge. The car I really ended up wanting was slightly above what I had budgeted. Instead of using tricks to get me to buy the more expensive car, he gave me more information. worked on the numbers, and then gave me the options of what would make the most sense for me. I can't thank him enough for the way he handled the sale, and treated me with courtesy and respect, as opposed to the older gentleman who came up to me at another dealership and opened the conversation with , ""and what can we do for you today, little lady?"" Some people never get it, and some like Bill are stars. Thank you Bill and Flemington Hyundai. more

Great Service at Flemington Hyundai 3/6/2012

I started taking my car to Flemington Hyundai for service after becoming unhappy with the service and treatment I received at another dealership. I thought I would try them after finding them online. So far, I have been VERY happy with the service. The people in the service department remember my name, they take good care of my car, they get me out of there on time, with my car always looking much better than when I brought it in. Plus, they have free wifi so I can do some things on my computer while I wait. Can I give them 2 thumbs up? more

Love the Freebies 3/2/2012

I juat bought my car from Flemington Hyundai. I work in New York City, and I have a long commute daily. I was looking for something I was going to enjoy driving for a long time, but was also going to give me good gas mileage. I got the Veloster, and now I think I will be fighting over it with my wife to see who gets to drive it. Not only did I get the free oil and filter deal for life with the car, they have free wireless internet service so you can get work done anytime you are in the dealership. They treated me well, I got a great deal, the people are nice, and I can maximize my time. You can't go wrong. more

Car Stars 2/28/2012

I live in PA. After going to the Hyundai dealership near me, I was about to give up on buying a Hyundai, even though they make the car I really wanted. The dealer in PA was the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They added $3500 to the price of the Sonata. They said it was a regional adjustment. What the heck is that? I was done with Hyundai and headed to my local Honda dealer. But I changed my mind and decided to drive over the bridge to NJ and see what Flemington Hyundai could do. What a difference! They gave me the best deal in the area, plus I got a gas card and free oil changes for life. I highly recommend them. It's worth a drive from PA. more

NJ Best Hyundai Dealership 2/27/2012

I went to Flemington Hyundai where I ultimately purchased my car after extensive shopping around and research. They provided me unbelievable service all the way around. I have been test driving a number of different cars, from VW , Audi, Honda, and Nissan before trying Hyundai. The warranty can't be beat. The car I bought was clearly the best of all of the competitors. I left Flemington Hyundai feeling very satisfied with the money that I spent. Their entire operation outperformed all of the other dealerships that I visited. They weren't pushy, evasive, or rude. The really know their product line, and took their time explaining the car I was interested in to me. I took ot for a test drive, where the salesman was very helpful in showiing me all of the features. They were open to negotiation without making me feel cheap for considering to counter their price. Great Transaction 2/24/2012

I was looking for a new car. After going to a few dealers and looking around, I went home to do some research. I really liked the Elantra from Hyundai. I got an internet price ahead of time, and took it to Flemington Hyundai. Not only did they agree to the price, it was a very smooth, straightforward transaction. I was very happy with how the whole thing transpired. I really like them highly recommend them. more

They made up some smoke and mirror excuses and I finally walked out. I went to another Hyundai who gave me a better price and told me that Flemington ran my credit with 8 banks before they checked with Hyundai financing when I specifically asked to use Hyundai financing. more
