I would put no stars if allowed. These people are overcharging their customers for a product that costs only about $30 on their own site! When they came to my house the technician working for them even said himself that they are not even charging the correct sales tax per city. They charged me over $400 for a job he told me I could do myself for about a 10th of the cost. That is like $40 and I am so upset this option was not even mentioned to me. Which brings me to my final point the lady answering their phones seems of low level intelligence and is very rude. When I called to speak to the owner about my concerns she said it is what it is and slammed the phone down in my ear. If you have similar issues with them please call their corporate office so we can let them know how this company takes advantage of it's customers and community. That number is 8006663532. I will continue to use a great product but I refuse to have this horrible company come to my home again oh and heads up according to a technician they hire felons as well but advertise that they don't. I don't hold it against someone out of jail getting a job but there are certain types of people I do not want to give free reign to in my home. Fleabusters of Washington is a joke and a sham making a good product look bad. more

I used Fleabusters for mites. I have a dog that is highly allergic to mites and it worked. While they don't guarantee mites for a year, it has been seven months. I just moved and realized how it had helped me. I wasn't waking up all stuffy and with itchy eyes. In the new house, I realized right away that I needed them to treat it, as well. My sister had praised this company over the years, but I never needed their help until this summer. The infestation in our home became a major problem affecting not only my pet, but my young son who apparently is allergic to the bites. We went on vacation, and when we returned we could not believe the extent of the infestation in our home. It was so bad that my son and I had to stay at my mothers for a couple nights. If you went down to the family room you would have 20 fleas on your legs in less than a minute. It took a few days to get Fleabusters out here (which did not please me) but I guess they are much in demand. One thing I liked very much was that it was a green application. We did not need to evacuate the house for the day. Loved that. It did take a couple weeks to get rid of the fleas (at least for us) but we did have it bad and you need to know there is a metamorphosis to the flea, meaning there are different stages. I liked the fact that they only treat for Fleas was truly impressed on how knowlegeable they were on the subject. Last thing is that they guarantee one application for a year. In 1993 I had a flea infestation. I tried everything that was suggested (bug bombs, sprays, etc) and nothing worked. Out of desperation I called Flea Busters and within 4-6 weeks the fleas were totally gone! In 1998 I moved and (once I noticed fleas on my dog and cat) decided to buy the Flea Buster powder I found at my vet's office and apply it myself.. Well.... although the powder ultimately worked, it was a terrible ordeal (I had trouble breathing for the 2+ hours it took to cover all the carpets in my condo) - big mistake to do it yourself! I'm moving again and have just booked Flea Busters to apply the powder- $250.00 VERY well spent! I would highly recommend Flea Busters! more
