I take my car for the oil change even without the appointment and they welcome me and take care of my car. The stuff very nice and friendly and i really appriciated that alos I like the free coffee and it is really good. I like free car wash after the service. more

Sam took great care of me! I came with my 2 children, ages 2 and 8 weeks, which was intimidating. Everyone was so accomodating with me and managing my children. I requested a car wash, and this was added on. I purchased brackets for a missing front license plate, and they put it on at no charge. I was very pleased with my experience. Sam gave me a discount for my allignment work, which prevented me from going to a competitor. more

Fladeboe Honda in Irvine has given me great service over the years. With 82,000 miles on my 2003 Honda Accord, it has now become necessary to perform required maintenance associated with the increased mileage. The Fladeboe service center has worked closely with me to perform these tasks with the minimum of cost outlay over the past months. I would like to give special thanks to my service advisor who went out of his way to explain what and why the maintenance needed to be done, and how we could accomplish the service within my budget. Also I would like to give thanks to Assistant Service Manager, who handles questions and problems in a professional and personable manner. The staff at Fladeboe are always courteous, friendly, and have made my experience a very positive one. I will continue to use Fladeboe Honda for all my maintenance needs and would highly recommend the service department. Thanks to everyone at Fladeboe Honda. more

This is a really bad place. they are obviously trying to game Judy;s Book by writing their own reviews. All the 5 star reviews are written by the same account. My experience was negative 5 stars. First off, the service guy didn't want to give me any paperwork saying I dropped off the car. He just wanted me to leave the keys in his hands in exchange for his business card. Second, he calls me hours later and says that he can't check why the emissions light went off because the battery is dead. So I said, "put a batter in to test it". To which he replied, "new battery is $150. once you agree to buy it, I can run tests to see if anything is wrong with it." I told him, "I want you to test the car to see what's wrong with it, not sell me a new battery." He refused until i bought a new overpriced battery. When i said I would drive there, bring my own battery and then let them test it, he tried to discourage me by saying they won't install any battery unless its bought there. Only when I told him I'd install it myself because it takes 5 seconds, did he agree to get service to borrow one of the spare batteries lying around and run the diagnostic test. more
