I brought my car into Fladeboe Honda several times and every time, I have received very poor service. They will ignore you and mind their own business when they should be serving their customers. I once brought in my car for a recall fix and they weren't even sure what recall it was (there was one) for without me having to tell them. I would have had them work on another part of my car if it wasn't for me calling them to notify them.
For me, it just doesn't seem like they're at all interested in helping you with your car problems.
