Firestone Tire & Service Centers

I recently move to the Renton area and was recommend to this shop by a friend. Being new to the area I don't know what to take my car to. I see a lot of little repair shops around but I want a place that has a good reputation and good warranty on their work. My co-worker suggest I take my car to the Firestone in Renton because he has been going there for years. This shop was exactly what I was looking for, professional, friendly, good reputation, good warranty, and I am not paying dealership price. I will definitely take my car back here for any future repairs. more

We had our tires changed there and it was a good deal. The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, good service,and fast. I would definitely recommend them. more

I've been a regular customer for number of years with this Firestone location. It provides excellent and consistent service throughout the years. I never have any recommended services that are unnecessary. I'd high recommend them. more

Van running rough, lacking power and lurching under load -- Was told I needed a fuel injection service, new fuel filter and throttle body cleaning -- Dinged for several hundred dollars and had the van back in 40 minutes. Nice turn around time, but it didn't fix the problem. Took the van to Sound Ford where the technician showed me that the throttle body hadn't been touched, let alone cleaned. Was told there was no way to clean the injectors properly within the turn around time -- It takes half that time to hook the equipment up to the fuel rail and another 30 or 40 minutes to properly clean them once hooked up. The problem turned out to be still clogged injectors, severe arcing of the spark plugs due to cracked wires and boots and the wrong fuel filter being installed. more

Don't go here with any kind of serious repair. I needed new rack & pinions and a pump for my power steering, and it's taken four visits to get the repair done right. In fact, after the third try, I barely drove out of the shop before smelling smoke, and finding a leaky hose squirting steering fluid all over the engine. When I complained in the last vist, all I got was a rude and defensive reception from the desk person....who wouldn't answer my questions about the repair. I will never come back here for service. more

Quick service on last minute oil change. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Although, the pull in area is a little tight, but the staff is always willing to help assist in parking. Great service! more
