Worst

I went for a service that was advertised at $55.00 dollars but ended up spending $140.00 dollars. That was more then twice the amount of the original price. Where was the holiday...

Ok work, deceitful and laying manager 3/25/2014

The manager charged me $200 for a part that cost $60 and lied about it. I had no problem paying the mark up price but he lied continuously. What he didn't know is, his mechanic left the receipt and box for the part in the car. more

OVERALL SERVICE WAS GREAT. HOWEVER, THE TIME SPENT AT THE STATION WAS A LITTLE LONG . SHERMAN IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND PLEASANT. HE EXPLAINS IN LAYMENS TERMS THE PROBLEM THAT EXIT IN YOUR SITUATION. more

My pendable place for the best car care that I have ever known. 2/7/2014

I love my Firestone Service Center. I have no worries when ever I go there, because I know by camparison that I will get the very best of service immediately. I there is a waiting period for any reason, it is done in a neat, clean and safe envoriment. If I have to leave my vehicle, I know I will be getting the best of service as soon as posible, without calling and begging for service. My last trade in alotted me to get more money that I paid for it, because of the care and records of the service that I recieved from Firestone. I have papers to prove that. I only go to 7446 Ogontz Ave,becaue it is near by, dependable, and I get the best of service. Thank you Mr. McCloud (Sherman) as I am premitted to call him)and his staff. Sometimes when I have to wait I will take Dunkin Donuts and a Joey of coffee for all of us. Exellecent service, a friendly, clean envoriment and a safe place to be. That's my Firestone. more

They answer every question and offer me quality service for my car. 1/30/2014

I just moved to Philadelphia PA and firestone showed me the problems of my vehicle in order to passy state inspection. I love the friendly customer care I received from the staff. I will go back for other services for my vehicle. more

reasonable wait time, good customer service 1/1/2014

I went to have a sensor put onto the front right tire, change the rear wiper and investigate a leak. A part had to be ordered for the leak. All else was done with satisfaction, at the time. Noticed the tire pressure light continues to come on and I will contact the manager to look at it again. more

The customer service was very professional. Mr. Sherman took very good care of me. He listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle. My vehicle needed a new alinment it was pulling to the right and the tires needed to be rotated. My brother referred me to place on Friday 12-27-13 at 3:30pm I got there at 4pm and Mr. Sherman took very good care of me. Mr. Sherman staff is very professional and i will continue to use this auto repair shop in the future. more

I dont like that they advertise an oil change for $19.95 and then in small print more for other autos. If you want to increase business across the board then these small discounts will encourage others to have work done on their autos. more

Scam Artist Plain & Simple 9/29/2013

I own a certified pre-owed vehicle, that Firestone didn't pass inspection because they said it had ONE woren tire on the right back side, yea right. I bought my car in NJ with new inspection stickers from NJ. There is no way that my car needed anything, but new stickers from PA. Then he says that I could buy a tire from him, yea that wasn't gonna happen. I just paid 83.60 for an inspection and oil change. Never go to the Firestone on Ogantz and Washington for anything but oil changes, that's all ethey're good for. They will literally try to suck every last dollar out of your pocket, believe me. Your car could be brand new and they still would try to find something wrong with it. I wish I could leave 0 out of 5, but it wouldn't let me save my review like that. more
