Customer Service is nonexistent. The owners/managers aim to be a high end facility; however the staff drags this place down. I walked into the locker room to find a spa attendant in my locker. When I questioned why I was told it was to restock the towels. Nothing was missing that I can determine, but it left me uneasy nonetheless. The front desk staff were busy gossiping and added a gratuity onto my bill.
My services were all rushed-- don't publish times if you cannot meet them and all were mediocre at best (and definetly not worth the auto tips). Save the money and go elsewhere. It will at least save you the potential dread of cancelling credit cards.
