I think Finger Furniture is adequate for what it is: lower-end furniture for perhaps a recent college grad, someone starting over, etc. The prices are very reasonable, the look contemporary, modern. Will the furniture hold up to vigorous use? A long period of time? That's a question. Furniture is well-displayed. Parking is ample. more

If I could reate it no stars I would 10/22/2007

Fingers Furniture has the worst customer service possible! We bought a bedroom suite for my son; a loft bed, dresser w/mirror, TV cabinet and desk chair. We bought it on August 3. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. Today is October 23rd and my son still doesn't have a bed. The dresser, tv cabinet and chair were delivered in the promised 2 weeks. The TV cabinet was damaged but it was not evident at first so I did not refuse delivery. They sent a technician to look at it and it took him 3 weeks to file his report and recommend it be replaced. It is still in my son's room with the tv on the floor next to it. Still broken. On Oct. 3rd the mirror and bed were delivered. The bed was missing pieces and could not be assembled. The delivery men were very apologetic and polite but simply stacked the pieces in the corner since there was nothing else they could do. I have spoken with customer service 5 times and they have sent me tried to blame it on the sales person and have even scheduled people to come to my house 4 times and it is still not resolved. They have re-delivered many parts I already have and can't seem to fighure out what parts I am missing even thought I have told them several times. I have suggested they take all of the parts of the bed that I have away and start over with the delivery but they won't do it. I have wasted many hours waiting on deliveries and technicians and being put on hold to no avail. The store opens at 10:00 today and I plan to be there to tell them to come pick it all up because I no longer want it and will not pay for it. It is not worth the headache. Unture service 5/23/2007

On 5/9/07, we had a delivery to replaced two tables: kichenette table and an end table. The delivery man parked the huge truck in our driveway and about 1 inch from our guest's car. He also moved our trash can and walked across our grass. He only had the replacement for the kitchette table, which was also damaged. I refused delivery of the table. After he called to inform the store that I refused delivery, he got an attitude with me. He stated why you not accept delivery, it is only a scratch there is nothing wrong with the table. I informed him, even though I did not have to explained to him. that we do not want damaged merchandise to replaced damaged merchandise. We want the same as we saw in the showroom. more
