Finger Funiture poorest customer service in Houston 11/10/2007

Bought $5000.00 worth of furniture at Finger Furniture (Houston) in 2006. Yes 2006. Delivery guys delivered my Kitchen Table, Chairs, matress and bed. Delivery guys did not bring the correct screws to put the bed frame and headboard together so... they drilled new holes into the frame.They explained to us that it would be alright. About a month later the headboard and frame came apart. We called back in 2006 to try and get this resolved...and now it is almost 2008 and I still have not received a replacement headboard and frame...POOR POOR Customer Service. RIGHT NOW MY HEADBOARD AND FRAME is held up/together by several books. This was a very experience bed and headboard. Again After over a DOZEN attempts to get this resolved with CUSTOMER SERVICE I still have several books holding up my headboard and frame. PLEASE If you want to get what you paid for DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!!! go to FINGER FURNITURE. Cons: poorest customer service ever!!!! more

Horrible Customer Service 10/8/2007

I bought a mattress from Fingers Furniture on September 4, 2007, and the mattress was delivered the next week. When I layed on it that night it made a terrible squeaking sound everytime I moved!! I called the store to ask that the mattress and box spring be exchanged, and I was told this was not possible because I had not purchased the comfort guarantee from the store for $120! Most stores will offer you a one time exchange guarantee without having to shell out more money!! I called and was refered to the customer service manager who I was told does not return calls, what is he doing in a position of customer service??!! After I called the store more than 20 times, fought tooth and nail with customer service, they finally agreed to exchange the mattress. This exchange took over 5 weeks to complete.\r \r When the mattress was brought, no matching boxspring was included! I told them over and over I did not know what the exact problem was, only that there was a loud creaking noise when you moved on the mattress. I again called, and was told that they would not be bringing a box spring,! I would have to have a technician come out and inspect the boxspring for damage! This is another 4 week process. Finger Furniture has the WORST customer service I have ever seen!! I would not recommend buying anything from Finger's, unless you want a big headache on your hands! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!! This was a terrible experience! I am still not at a resolution with them, do not put yourself in this position! more
