I thought the food was fantastic with a decent price. Might not be the best place to take someone if you're aiming for classy decor, but I thought it felt very homey. The service was friendly and the food came out soon after it was ordered. more

The Worst Food Ever!!! 3/29/2006

I dont know if you have been here lately, but please dont waist your time like I did. The food here is absolutely awful. In fact I cant believe this place is still in business. It was like they bought their food at Costco and reheated it in the kitchen. I went with a friend and nothing we ordered was good. In fact 99.9% of it was left untouched, it was that bad! Im Mexican and would be ashamed to put the label Mexican/Peruvian food on it. We probably should have walked right out when we walked in. The space is big, but the decor is awful. What a waist. It looks like they got a discount on dining furniture from 1985 rejects. Needless to say the overall experience was not good. However the wait staff seemed to be nice, after all its not their fault this restaurant sucks! Cons: Everything more

If you like fusion cuisine, you have to try this place! With a that menu includes Spanish and Peruvian cuisines, and more conventional dishes, you can't miss, especially with picky eaters. The Peruvian food has a hint of Asian flavor, the Spanish dishes range from Paellas to Stuffed Crab. If seafood is a NO, there are plenty of other dishes to enjoy. They have great steak and chicken dishes, and for vegetarians there are plenty of options. You can make a whole meal out of the Tapas menu when can't decide on one dish. Everything is very reasonably priced. You definitely get BANG for your buck. The house drinks are awesome, the Sangria is sooo good. I love coming here, especially with a large group. They are so accomodating especially for my last Birthday Party. Anyway if you're in the neighborhood, check this place out. Definitely worth a try. Pros: Good Value, Great Service, Close to Nightlife more

Lacking variety 3/19/2003

Good quality food, good service, but there really wasn't much in terms of selection. Many of the dishes tasted the same.. as if they had a generic set of sauces/spices in the back. Good sauces/spices, but not enough of them. more

I went to Fina Estampa with three people, and all of us absolutely loved it. The drinks are strong and reasonably priced. The food is to die for. The complimentary bread with several spicy sauces alone is worth coming here! The staff was friendly and attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we once came by two Fridays in a row, and we couldn't get in because of a private party! So make you sure you call before you go. Pros: food, friendly staff, ambience Cons: often private parties, parking more

This is the best place to go dine in the neighborhood before catching a movie at the AMC. The free bread and condiments are great, the appetizers are unusual and yummy--try the stuffed avocado or shrimp-stuffed chicken. And my favorite dish is the Pollo Saltado. Service is friendly and fast. more

You haven't lived until you've tried Peruvian! I have been coming to this heavenly abode over the past 5 years. If you don't know what to order try the anticuchos and seafood paella along with some inca cola. Have coffe and dessert afterwards. Enjoy Friday or Saturday night listening to the piano player. Pros: Inexpensive, Friendly service, Not crowded Cons: Bad parking more

Great...but order with care 8/14/2002

The roasted garlic prawns are great. But unless you are used to it..I think most people would find the peruvian olive sauce on the stuffed Calimari too pungent. We recieved very good service. more
