This was not the experience of pool installation business I as a consumer was looking for. And what made it worse was that they made an extra effort to make a bad experience worse. Poor attitude from the installers to the owner and his son. Heres an example: 30 minute argument over a day one payment, after I had already given more than the 10 % down and the contract which I could not find my copy and they did not have one either, did not have that written on it anyway, it was just what they ""normally"" did. I had just said that I would be more comfortable to pay the full amount on the next day when they were to be finished. It became heated to the point where I said that if it continued I would request that they remove it when they came back the next day. Also they seemed under the gun to get as many pools installed in a short period of time, but were unwilling to work past 4:30. I asked ,is this normal for them to not work past 4:30 or 5, as I had requested 4 or 5 times for them to make sure my site was ready when they were ready to come for the install. only for them to come to install 3 weeks later and have them complain that I had not done my site correctly. one visit two weeks before and i could have made sure it was perfect and ready for them the day they showed up. email if you have any questions, and will be glad to embellish.
